Important Reminders:

· Practice Alphabet ring every night.

· When your child can recognize all the capital and lowercase letters they will bring home their Chicka Chicka Boom Boom T-shirts. We will assess the students each week.

· When your child knows all of their letter sounds they will get to bring home a special book.

· Please make sure your kindergartner is able to do the following:

· tie their shoes

· button, snap and zip their pants

· read and recognize their first name

· hold a pencil or crayon

· cut with scissors

· write their first name

If your child is not able to do any of the items listed, please practice at home. These are activities we do on a daily basis and they get frustrated if they can’t do them.

WAY TO GO!!! These students know all of the letter sounds!
