Principal's Message

Principal Brad Clark
Dear Students, Parents and Community Members,
Welcome to the start of the 2021-2022 school year. We look forward to a very enjoyable, rewarding, and educational school year. I hope you have had a relaxing summer and are ready to help us get off to a great start to our school year.
The Bath Local School District will continue using Schoology, an integrated learning management system that provides course management, mobile learning, and support for system-wide communication. Schoology helps provide a unified and consistent learning platform for our entire district k-12. Schoology enables our students, parents, and teachers to engage with learning materials and their school community from the classroom and beyond. It is our hope that the continued use of Schoology in our classrooms will enhance connectivity and communication across our school district.
With Schoology, students can digitally submit homework assignments, access content, review grades, participate in interactive discussions, receive announcements and feedback, take tests, write academic blogs, and more. As a parent, you will be able to view your child’s activity within the platform.
Our building will be returning to our pre-COVID schedule, with classes starting at 8:15 a.m. each morning and concluding at 3:15 p.m. each afternoon.  The return to our previous schedule allows us to return to our career-related clusters at grades 7 and 8.  In our cluster program, students will receive some basic information pertaining to potential careers in various fields. We will also offer personal well-being information as part of the cluster program.  Below is a list of what students will explore as they rotate through the different cluster programs during the school year.
